Ordering from Hydroglove.
In order to prevent another order back-log nightmare we will only sell items that are available and “IN STOCK” at the time of selection. Please see below for details.
Log into the website and select the item that you wish to purchase. If that item is available then it will be presented as a choice to you, otherwise it will not appear and you won’t be able to select it (ie. None Available).
If your item DOES appear then simply add it to your shopping cart and perform a normal checkout.
If your item does NOT appear as a choice, then simply send an email to info@hydroglove.org with a list of items that you wish to purchase. We will then enter your order into the production queue and when your order is complete and ready to ship, we will notify you about it’s readiness. Then we will synchronize with you before adding it to the inventory on the website so you may be the first to choose it and put it into your shopping cart. Then proceed normally to check out and we will ship your order immediately (usually, within a day or two).
Eventually we’ll have enough inventory available to satisfy demand as it occurs. Until then, please email us with special requests or if your item is out of stock.
If you are an existing customer still waiting for your backorder, then let us know by email to info@hydroglove.org and we will arrange immediate fulfillment of your order followed by immediate shipment whenever possible.
